General
What is Buldy?+
Buldy (Buldy Muscle Editor in the app stores) is an AI app that adds realistic muscle to your own photo. Pick abs, chest, arms, shoulders, back, glutes or legs, and a level: Fit, Muscular or Bodybuilder.
Is Buldy free?+
Buldy is free to download on iOS and Android. Edits use credits, and you can get more inside the app.
What is the difference between free and Premium?+
Free users edit one body area per photo. Premium users can combine several areas in one edit.
What photo should I use?+
A full-body photo, standing straight, in good light, with the area you want to change clearly visible. Fitted clothes or no shirt work best. Baggy clothes and dark rooms give weaker results.
Can I save and share my results?+
Yes. Results are kept in your history with a before and after view, you can upscale them to HD, and you can download or share them. If you post an edited photo, say it is an AI edit.
Is the result what I will look like?+
No app can promise that. Buldy shows a realistic AI preview to help you picture a goal. Real results depend on training, diet, sleep and genetics. Our guide on how fast you can build muscle sets honest expectations.
Abs
Can Buldy give me a six pack on any photo?+
It works best on a full-body or torso photo, standing straight in good light, with your stomach clearly visible. Loose shirts and dark rooms give weaker results.
Is this what my abs will look like?+
No app can promise that. It is an AI preview to show a goal. How your abs look when you get lean depends on genetics, muscle and body fat.
Can I add abs and chest in the same edit?+
Premium users can combine areas in one edit. Free users edit one area at a time.
Chest
What photo works best for the chest editor?+
A front-facing photo, shirtless or in a fitted top, with your chest and shoulders fully visible and even light.
Does it work on women?+
Yes. Buldy adds muscle tone and shape to the chest area on any body.
Can I use the result on social media?+
You can save and share your results. If you post an edited photo, say it is an AI edit.
Arms
What photo works best for bigger arms?+
A full-body or upper-body photo with your arms clearly visible, away from your body, in good light. A flexed pose works too.
Does it change only the arms?+
Yes, when you pick Arms only that area is edited. Premium users can add more areas in the same edit.
Is the result realistic?+
Buldy aims for realistic muscle that matches your skin, light and pose. It is still an AI preview, not a forecast.
Shoulders
What photo works best for shoulders?+
A straight-on photo with both shoulders visible, arms slightly away from your sides, in even light.
Can I edit shoulders and arms together?+
Premium users can combine areas in one edit. Free users edit one area at a time.
Does it work on women?+
Yes. Pick Fit for toned, athletic shoulders or go further with Muscular.
Back
Do I need a photo from behind?+
A back photo shows the most change, but a front photo also works because wider lats show from the front.
What makes a good back photo?+
Stand straight with your arms slightly out, even light from above or the front, and the whole back in frame.
Is it free?+
Buldy is free to download. Edits use credits, and you can get more in the app.
Glutes
What photo works best for glutes?+
A side or back photo in fitted clothing, standing straight, with your hips clearly visible and even light.
Is the glute editor only for women?+
No. It works on any body. Men use it to see stronger glutes and legs too.
Can I add legs too?+
Premium users can combine Glutes and Legs in one edit.
Legs
What photo works best for legs?+
A full-body photo in shorts or fitted clothing, standing straight, legs fully in frame, in good light.
Does it edit calves too?+
Yes. The Legs area covers quads, hamstrings and calves.
Can I see legs and glutes together?+
Premium users can combine areas in one edit.
